RETURNS & EXCHANGES
*** NOTE *** 30 Days Satisfaction Guaranteed or your money back excluding
shipping costs & FINAL SALE ITEMS NOTED ON specific items from RECEIPT of
your original item. We want you to be happy with your purchase! We realize
not everyone is. This is why we allow a generous 30 days satisfaction
policy!
A shipping charge applies of $8.95 for exchanges in order for us to ship
your newly selected item/s back to you. Returns are subject to a 15%
restocking charge. You must inform us in advance of any return/exchange in
order to better serve you. This speeds of the processing of your
return/exchange.
ALL ITEMS MUST BE in the same Perfect UNWORN condition and unaltered in any
way shape or form this includes re-sizing which is not recommended (see
below) with its original packaging or we reserve the right to refuse your
return, and return your package back to you collect. You must enclose a copy
of your original invoice. Please be sure to insure your package as we
cannot be held responsible for packages lost by the USPS!
If we ship an order to you as requested and paid for, and it comes back to
us as a refused package, we will charge a 25% restock charge in order to
recoup our costs.
ALL EXCHANGES ARE FINAL-ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS. NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES
after this time! If you do not AGREE with these terms PLEASE DO NOT
PURCHASE! Thank you
If you would like an item/s shipped to your place of work (EXCLUDING
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS-THIS IS FOR USA ONLY), please ADD $1.30 for
SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION- we will NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES you
state you didnt receive AT YOUR PLACE OF WORK! Once Signed for, you ARE
RESPONSIBLE to speak to the person who signed for your package-we will NOT
REFUND item/s once we have a CONFIRMED SIGNATURE OF RECEIPT! If you do not
AGREE to this Service we offer as a KINDNESS TO YOU please do NOT ASK US TO
SHIP TO YOUR PLACE OF WORK!!!
* Re-sizing Rings is NOT recommended. Many Jewelers find the Rhodium
Plating too difficult to re-size. Once re-sized-we can no longer refund or
exchange!
